A large-scale commercial poultry farm project with a total capacity of 150,000 laying hens has officially started construction in Uzbekistan. Located in the Tashkent region, this project is designed to support modern commercial egg production through a full-automatic battery cage layer chicken system.
The whole farm is divided into 3 standardized enclosed chicken houses, with 50,000 laying hens in each house. By adopting intelligent battery cage layer chicken raising systems, the project aims to improve egg production efficiency, reduce labor input, and support stable long-term farm operation.
As a modern poultry farm project, this case combines poultry house design, automatic layer cage systems, feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure removal, environmental control, installation support, technical training, and spare parts supply into one complete turnkey poultry farm solution.

The new egg farm is planned with three independent enclosed layer houses. The 150,000 laying hens are evenly distributed across the farm, making the project easier to manage and operate as a standardized commercial egg production base.
The core breeding equipment adopts multi-tier automatic battery cage systems. According to the poultry house layout and farm requirements, A-type layer cages and H-type layer cages are optional.
This poultry house layout helps the farm improve space utilization, reduce manual management pressure, and create a more organized production environment for large-scale laying hen farming.
The core of this Uzbekistan poultry project is the full-automatic battery cage layer chicken system.
The complete turnkey solution includes:
These systems work together to support automatic egg production and stable daily farm management.
The project uses galvanized anti-corrosion battery layer chicken cages with long service life for local climate conditions.
Uzbekistan has a continental climate with hot dry summers and cold winters. To adapt to this environment, the cage system uses anti-rust hot-dip galvanized cage mesh, helping resist dry dust and temperature differences.
This cage structure supports long-term equipment stability and reduces maintenance pressure for the farm.
The full automatic feeding system helps deliver feed efficiently to each cage row. It supports regular feeding management and reduces daily manual work.
The nipple drinking system provides stable water access for laying hens. Together with the automatic feeding system, it helps the farm maintain cleaner daily operation and more standardized flock management.
For a 150,000 laying hens poultry farm, automatic feeding and nipple drinking are essential systems for improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost.
The project is equipped with a central egg collection system.
Centralized automatic egg collection helps reduce manual egg handling and avoid egg damage during collection. For a large-scale layer farm, this system improves daily egg handling efficiency and supports higher finished egg yield.
The central egg collection system is an important part of the automatic layer cage system and helps the farm achieve more stable commercial egg production.
The project includes a belt manure removal system.
Each tier can use an independent manure conveyor belt to reduce feces pollution to flocks. This separated manure removal design helps reduce chicken disease risk, improve egg quality, and reduce broken egg rate.
For enclosed chicken houses, manure removal is closely related to farm hygiene, air quality, flock health, and long-term production stability.
The intelligent environmental control system includes cooling pads, exhaust fans, and a temperature and humidity monitoring controller.
The system supports automatic adjustment of ventilation, cooling, and heating to help the poultry house cope with extreme summer heat and cold winter nights in Uzbekistan.
A reliable environmental control system is important for maintaining stable poultry house conditions, improving flock comfort, and supporting continuous egg production.

The project adopts steel structure chicken house design with ventilation and heat preservation matched to local weather.
The three standardized enclosed chicken houses are designed to support the installation and operation of the full-automatic battery cage layer chicken system. The poultry house design also helps coordinate cage layout, airflow, temperature control, manure removal, egg collection, and daily maintenance.
For large-scale egg farms, proper poultry house design is the foundation of stable production.
This Uzbekistan poultry project is delivered as a complete turnkey poultry farm solution.
The supplier provides full support including design, production, overseas installation, breeding technical guidance, technical training, and long-term spare parts supply.
For commercial poultry farm investors, this turnkey model helps reduce coordination work between different suppliers and supports smoother project implementation.
Before this project, many local small farms still relied on semi-manual traditional breeding methods with low output and high labor cost.
This 150,000-head large-scale automated farm helps fill the gap for high-efficiency commercial egg production in the region.
According to the project document, the project is expected to support:
The battery cage layer chicken system selected for this project is optimized for Central Asian poultry farms.
Its advantages include high space utilization, anti-rust hot-dip galvanized cage mesh, centralized automatic egg collection, independent manure conveyor belt per tier, and one-click intelligent environmental control.
The multi-tier cage design helps save construction land and lower overall farm investment. The independent manure conveyor belt helps prevent feces pollution to flocks, while the environmental control system automatically adjusts ventilation, cooling, and heating according to farm conditions.
The local farm investor selected China’s automated battery cage system after comparing multiple global solutions. The complete set of equipment matches the three chicken house layout, and the supplier provides full turnkey service including design, production, overseas installation, and breeding technical guidance.
The Chinese poultry equipment project manager stated that this 150,000-layer, 3-house project will become a local demonstration standard farm, and the company will continue to deliver customized automated poultry solutions for Uzbekistan’s expanding egg industry.
Upon full operation, the farm will supply high-quality fresh table eggs to Tashkent and surrounding regional markets, while also reserving export capacity to neighboring Central Asian countries.
Both parties plan to expand supporting pullet raising houses and an egg packaging workshop in Phase 2, aiming to build a complete industrial chain from chick breeding to finished egg distribution.
The Uzbekistan 150,000 laying hens battery cage poultry farm project demonstrates how a full-automatic battery cage layer chicken system can support large-scale commercial egg production.
With 3 standardized enclosed chicken houses, 50,000 birds per house, galvanized battery layer chicken cages, automatic feeding, nipple drinking, central egg collection, belt manure removal, intelligent environmental control, cooling pads, exhaust fans, and steel structure chicken house design, the project provides a complete automatic egg production farm solution for Uzbekistan.
As a poultry equipment manufacturer and poultry equipment supplier, the project partner provides a turnkey poultry farm solution covering design, production, overseas installation, technical training, and long-term spare parts supply for commercial layer farms.
