Insulated air guiding baffle for wet-curtain inlets in poultry houses

Air Guiding Baffle

Product Overview

The Air Guiding Baffle is installed on the inner air inlet of the wet curtain in poultry houses. In cold seasons it can be closed to improve insulation; in milder seasons it is opened and used to adjust the size of the air inlet and the direction of fresh-air flow. With multi-layer insulation and reinforced structure, it is designed to reduce heat loss and improve the stability of house ventilation.

Key Features of the Air Guiding Baffle

Three-layer sandwich insulation board to help prevent heat loss

Continuous foam sealing strip to resist wind and improve tightness

When closed in winter, insulation performance is much higher than ordinary rolling shutters

Equipped with sufficient reinforcement ribs to prevent bending and deformation, while maintaining good sealing

Each reinforcing rib is fitted with an adjustable pull arm at the upper end, allowing easier adjustment of door opening force

Why Choose Our Air Guiding Baffle

Designed specifically for wet-curtain inlets – fits the inner air inlet of the wet curtain, combining insulation and air-guiding functions in one component.

Clear seasonal function – can be tightly closed in winter for insulation, and flexibly opened in similar seasons to direct fresh air where it is needed.

Higher insulation level than common shutters – offers better performance than ordinary rolling shutters when the house needs to retain heat.

Reliable for intensive poultry houses – reinforced structure, good sealing and easy operation make it suitable for long poultry houses and large-scale farms.
